2537777 - Field START_TIME and END_TIME for BAPI_MOSRVAPS_GETLIST2

Symptom

Order cannot be read by BAPI_MOSRVAPS_GETLIST2 with START_TIME and/or END_TIME specified. 
E.g. A order with order end date 07.07.2016 10:00:00. If you run BAPI_MOSRVAPS_GETLIST2 with END_TIME as "20.160.707.100.000", the order is not returned.
