2537800 - Unknown Attachment on E-mail Activity

You are working with incoming e-mail activities, and notice that an attachment named "_OriginalContent.html" is present, despite the original incoming e-mail not having any attachment files.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Open the Activities Work Center.
2. Enter the E-Mails view.
3. Search and open the e-mail activity.
4. Navigate to the Attachments tab.

Here you can see the attachment named "_OriginalContent.html".

For every email created, the system creates an "_OriginalContent.html" file which stores the original HTML content of the email.
