2537973 - print@home tickets were not sent out

Symptom

The print@home service enables end users to print their tickets independently. A ticket has the generally accepted DIN A4 format or US Letter and will be sent to the customer as a PDF file.

The customer books his tickets in an online shop. After the payment has been completed, the tickets will be sent immediately to the email address given by the customer. When an e-mail address is specified, it will be checked whether the address is a valid e-mail format. In addition, the customer is given the opportunity to print his tickets immediately or via the SelfService area of the online shop.

Multiple Symptoms are possible:

  • the tickets are not being sent out via Email
  • the tickets could not be printed out in the self service area
  • the tickets are not available in the self service area (right after the booking)
  •  print@home is not listed under shipping methods
