2538029 - Default External Career Site missing from Admin Center - Recruiting Management

Default External Career Site is missing in the Manage Recruiting Sites setting.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Sites
2. Default External Career site link is missing

This is an expected behaviour - For the first time, customers will have to create a new external career site and the default external career site URL will be populated.

The system creates only the internal career site by default once the user loads the Manage Recruiting Sites page.

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Sites.

2. Click on Create New Site.

3. A site named "New" appears on the page. Click Take Action > Edit.

4. It opens the Edit page. Make sure to check Default Site on the right side.

5. After saving changes, the Site URL will show the default career site URL which looks like this [https://careerDC.successfactors.com/career?company=xxxxxx]
