2538124 - Error CO820 from ALM BAPIs due to missing component or operation long text

Symptom

  • Execute any ALM BAPI for a maintenance or service order, Error CO820 'Internal Error: Long Text Not Found' is returned
  • When order is displayed in transaction IW33, a component entry shows long text icon but no long text exists. Error CP752 is issued
  • When order is displayed in transaction IW33, a operation shows long text icon but no long text exists. Error CP752 is issued
