2538157 - Viewing or downloading the files from a Compensation Aggregate Export for instances using the Report Center

The Compensation Aggregate Export export file is not visible in the Report Center > View Schedules List.

SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics

1. From Admin Tools select Compensation > Aggregate Export
2. Select the Compensation template from the dropdown in the middle of the screen
3. Select Include User Info option
4. Click on the Compensation Aggregate Export button
5. In the pop up window, type the name for the report and click OK. 
6. Retrieve report from Reporting

You will be able to view the export from the Classic View > Scheduled Reports.

1. From Report Center, please click on the 'Switch to Classic View'
2. Then click on Scheduled Reports.
You will see that the files from  Compensation Aggregate Export are available from here.

This type of report or export is categorized under Classic reports for it is not included among the report types available in the Report Center, so you will only be able to see the jobs from this view or where it was before and not from the main Report Center page.
