2538243 - Financial Reporting Structures Not Available in Financial Statement Report

Only a few of created financial reporting structures can be selected in the Financial Statement - Plan / Actual - Version Comparison report.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Business Analytics Work Center.
2. Select the Design Reports View.
3. Find report ID FINGLAU04_Q0005.
4. Click on Financial Statements - Plan/Actual - Version Comparison.
5. Click on the value help of the Financial Reporting Structure.

Only a few entries are available. The expectation is that all of the reporting structures that you have created in Fine Tuning can be selected here.

To double-check the created reporting structures:

1. Go to the Business Configuration Work Center.
2. Find the Financial Reporting Structures for Cost Center Management Accounting Reports Activity, either via Overview or via the Activity List of your Implementation Project.

All created Structures can be seen here.

The Financial Statements - Plan/Actual - Version Comparison or any other Financial Statement report only shows the Financial Reporting Structure of type Balance Sheet or Profit and Loss. The other Financial Reporting Structures are not available.

This is designed system behavior.
