Oversight by Admin who changed the registration status

When an admin is canceling a Class they need to edit the 'Registration Change Date'.

'Registration Change Date' basically points to when did the status of the enrollment change.

If unchanged by the admin the 'Cancellation Date' in the report will remain the same as their initial registration date (see below).

The reason behind the admin doing this is because when an admin processes a cancellation, they are not necessarily doing it immediately after the user has informed them.

It might be a day, a week, a month down the line.

So by getting an opportunity to manually enter the Registration Change Date, it allows for greater reporting accuracy.

Fortunately it is not too late to go back and manually change the 'Registration Change Date.'

This should reflect in the Class Enrollment Audit Report accordingly.
