Symptom

While creating a Class for an Item, the Domain shown is the default one instead of the Item Domain.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to Learning as administrator
  2. Navigate to > Class > Add New

Cause

To populate the domain from the Item, the Class has to be created from the Item screen

Resolution

Search for the Item that you need to create the Class for and on the Item screen click the Schedule option under Action (right side) then proceed with the Class creation.
