2538645 - The Data Retention Period of Countries is not Populated as Per the Current Legislation in Your Business Configuration Implementation Project.

When adding a country to the list of Private Accounts eligible for Data Privacy Management, the current legally required retention period is not maintained.

Prerequisite: The activity Data Retention Rule for Private Accounts is in Project. 

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Select the Implementation Projects view.
3. Click on Open Activity List.
4. Select Data retention Rule for Private Accounts.

The default data retention period is 99 years.

This is the expected system behavior.

Data retention dates are to be maintained by the administrator according to the current legislation of the selected country.

You need to refer to the current data retention policy of each country you may have added to the list.
