2538849 - KPI Tile Does Not Show Red Color

You are creating a KPI in Business Analytics work center with pattern of colors and the direction of improvement as maximize.

However, after changing many values you still are not able to see the red color in the KPI tile, which is supposed to show you the alert value.

The KPI is not showing the red tile because your “Current Value” might be far away above your Alert or warning values.

This KPI will get the information you have set up in the “KPI Values and thresholds” tab, and calculate it based in your “Current Value”, which is your financial worth. If your current value is too far above, you will not be able to see any red color in the tile.

This is a designed behavior of our platform. Please maintain this values accordingly and the system will be calculated correct, hence the color tiles will show the colors correctly.

 

As way of testing this, you will be able to check the red color if you make the "warning value" higher or very close to the "Current Value".
