2538863 - Unable To Update Supplier Remittance Email Address at Supplier Collaboration Using Mass Data Maintenance

You are trying to update supplier remittance Email Address at Supplier Collaboration using Mass Data Maintenance but while doing that you receive the error below or the data is not updated in the system:

"Specified data for SUPPLIER-COMMUNICATION_ARRANGEMENT with key SIF_CODE-CONTENT = 'XYZ' does not exist" (XYZ represents the ID or name of the Business Document Name)

This is a standard system behavior. Currently, it's not possible to update Supplier Email Address at Supplier Collaboration using Mass Data Maintanance.

To update the Email Address at Supplier Collaboration you can use the Migration of Supplies using the mode of Enhance already existing records.

Steps to do the Migration of Supplies:

1. Go to Business Configuration Overview.
2. Search for Migration of Suppliers.
3. Click on the Activity and then "Migrate suppliers using the migration tool".
4. After that you will open the Migration Tool and click on "You Can Also" > Download Migration Template.
5. After downloading the file, you need to open the file.
6. In the CSV file, the tab Collaboration will be as Hide, so click with the right button on the Tabs > Unhide > Choose Collaboration.
7. Go to the Tab Collaboration and Fill the fields with the required changes.
8. Then go to the Migration Tool and click on Upload > Data from Migration Template.
9. In Browse choose the Template that you filled and click on Upload.
10. Then click on the Properties Button and change the Migration Mode to Enhance already existing records.
11. Click on Execute Migration > Execute Migration Step by Step.
12. Then click on next, maybe you need to confirm the Value of Business Document Name.
13. Next and finish the steps of Execute Import and Confirmation.

Important:You can change records using the Migration > Enhance Mode ONLY if no collaboration data exist at all, then you will be able to add records via the enhancement migration. While migrating suppliers and using internal numbering, it is mandatory to first migrate the suppliers and in a second step (with enhancement mode) the collaboration data.
