How to show Goal's Threaded Comments in PM Forms

Threaded comments in user's goal/s is not showing in performance form

Tab permission type in PM form xml template is set to "none" for Goal Details

Go to Provisioning> Form Template Administration> Select the PM form> go to Edit Form Attributes

Locate the tab-permission block

Provide permission to Goal Details. This is where the threaded comments appear.
