2538885 - Missing Countries in Replication From Success Factors to C4TE

You are replicating the employee data from SuccessFactors to C4TE. For non localized countries you cannot select the country  - e.g. Albania or Greece - in the dropdown list. Therefore you cannot replicate any employees of these countries.

1. Open Cloud For Travel and Expense in Microsoft Silverlight.
2. Go to the Master Data Replication Work Center.
3. Select Import - Employees View.
4. Show Failed/Not Started, find ABC and press Go (where ABC stands for the Employee name).
5. Select Edit.
6. Switch to tab Employment.
7. Click Add Row.

You can see that under country you can only select the localized countries. You can not choose any other country.

Only the scoped countries and the Generic Country Version can be displayed in the field Country. There is a workaround by manually entering the other countries.

1. Open Cloud For Travel and Expense in Microsoft Silverlight.
2. Go to the Master Data Replication Work Center.
3. Select the Import - Employees View.
4. Show Failed/Not Started, find ABC and press Go.
5. Select Edit.
6. Switch to the tab Employment.
7. Click Add Row.
8. Enter a full country name which is not scoped - in our example Greece - and hit Enter.

You can see that GR-Greece appears now. Please do save and close. This solves the issue.
