2538922 - LMS: Cannot assign assessments to Users

You have created assessments (quizzes and exams) but unable to assign them to users.

SAP Successfactors Learning Management System (LMS)

 Create assessment(s) via Learning Admin > Content > Assessments. There is no available option to assign it to users.

Quizzes and exams cannot be assigned directly to users. It needs to be added as content of an item, then the item will be assigned to the users.

Add the quiz/exam to an item, then assign the item to users.

To add the assessment to item:

1. Log in to LMS as admin.
2. Navigate through Admin > Learning > Items > (Add new item or open an existing item).
3. Under 'Related' section, click the 'Online Content' tab.
4. Click the (+) button beside the 'Online Content' header, then choose 'Add Assessment'.
5. Search for your assessment and add it.
