2539465 - KW document signature - how to develop an own customer workflow

Customers want to integrate the document signature process in a workflow, e.g. to send email notifications or SAP Business Workplace messages, to inform users that signature of a document is requested.

Starting with SP5 of SAP Solution Manager 7.20, SAP provides an API which customers can use to build their own workflows with respect to document signatures.

There is no note that provides this functionality down to lower support packages.
