2539488 - HTTP error 500 While Running SWN_SELSEN

Symptom

  • Users do not get any e-mail notifications of new work items when Report SWN_SELSEN is run.
  • The following error can be found in the application log in transaction SLG1:
    • HTTP error 500 when creating message (Message no. SWN065).
    • Error when creating message (Message no. SWN032).
