2539567 - Error ORA-01789: query block has incorrect number of result columns : PCM

Symptom

When trying to create new PCM model, the error message "General Database Error (Database error (class CViewActiveEPOModels) – ORA-01789: query block has incorrect number of result columns" is displayed.
