Symptom
Email notifications are requested to be sent to contingent workers upon hire or rehire.
You can send out notifications for the following situations:
- When a Contingent Worker is hired using Add contingent worker / Imports / APIs
- When a Contingent Worker is rehired as a contingent worker
- When a Regular Employee is rehired as contingent worker
You cannot send notifications for the following situations:
- Recipient does not have proper business email address
- Work order dates are modified or extended after the contingent worker is hired
- Contingent worker hired has work order end date in the past

Reproducing the Issue
Complete the Add Contingent Worker Wizard.
Resolution
1. Navigate to the Admin Center.
2. In the Tools search field, enter E-mail Notification Template Settings.
3. On the E-mail Notification Template Settings page, search for the following:

Contingent Workers Hire Notification
-
Welcome Message for Contingent Workers
4. Click on one or both of them to edit the template accordingly as to what has to be displayed or shown in the email notification sent out to the contingent worker/supervisor/work order owner and supervisor.

5. Once the template content is complete, use the checkboxes to turn email notifications on or off.
6. Save your changes.
Results
To check your work, navigate to the Admin Center > Tools > Manage Data > Create New >and search for Contingent Workers Email Notification Configuration.
- Now you have to actually configure the "Contingent Workers Email Notification Configuration"
