2539696 - Promotion Job fails with Error: Commit Status=Commit attempted and failed., Promotion Status=Failure : Object has failed to promote.

Symptom

  • Promotion Job completes with Failure Status.
  • Login into CMC and use promotion management to promote one report. Test promotion works but when trying to promote a new report, object or universe the promotion job generates error:  "Commit Status=Commit attempted and failed., Promotion Status=Failure : Object has failed to promote. Please see the log for more details."
