2539869 - The Competitors Product can not be Selected in an Opportunity

The Competitors Product can not be selected in an Opportunity.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Competitors work center.
2. Go to the Competitors view and search for competitor ABC (where ABC is the competitor name) and open it.
3. Go to the Competitor ABC's Products facet, where PQR as a Competitor Product is maintained.
4. Now go to the Sales work center.
5. Go to the Opportunities view and search for opportunity LMN ( where LMN is opportunity name) and open it.
6. Go to Opportunity LMN's Competitors facet.
7. Click on the ADD button to add the Competitor ABC.
8. Now under section Competitor Products, click on the Add Row button.

There is no option to select the Competitor Products.

The Competitor Products section needs to be made visible via Adaptation.

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Go to the Opportunities view and search for opportunity LMN and open it.
3. Go to the Competitors facet.
4. Enter Adaptation Mode.
5. Select the Competitors tab.
6. Drill down:
   Pane Variant > List Details > Mark 'Competitor Products' as visible. 
7. Leave Adaptation Mode.
8. Refresh the opportunity! 
9. NOTE: you need to maintain a competitor with a relevant competitor product to be able to see the pane.
10. Enter the relevant competitor via 'Add'.
11. If a matching Competitor Product is available, you will be able to select it now.
