2539873 - The Visit Pane is Missing in the Sales Lead

Symptom

The Visit pane is missing in the Sales Lead's Activities facet.

Environment

 SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales work center.
  2. Go to the Sales Leads view and search for Sales Lead ABC( where ABC is the Sales Lead name) and open it.
  3. Go to the Activities facet .

You can see the Visit pane is missing here, nor is available to be added via Adapt->Edit Master Layout .

Cause

Since Sales Lead is set as obsolete in the Business Configuration, so any new enhancements being done are only in Lead and it will not be made available in sales lead.You are requested to move to the Lead as it has superset of all functionalities available in lead.

Resolution

This is an expected system behavior.
