Employee Referral email contains two company logos

Reproducing the Issue
The Employee Referral email contains two company logos, even though the customer only manually inserted one logo image into their email template.
Cause
The email system automatically inserts / embeds the saved company logo (the one configured in "Company System and Logo Setting") into the email, even though this is not apparent in the template (there is no [[LOGO]] token in the template).
Resolution
Do not manually insert a company logo into the email template since the system already embeds the logo automatically when the email is being generated and mailed.
