2540835 - Mobiliser Does Not Start While Using Cisco AppDynamics Agent

Symptom

  • When accessing Mobiliser wsdl files to confirm Mobiliser is up and running, 500 errors are seen
  • The Mobiliser portal will be available but logging in will not be possible
  • Error in the log files:

Exception in thread "Scheduler_Worker-X" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: 
com/singularity/ee/agent/appagent/entrypoint/bciengine/FastMethodInterceptorDelegatorBoot at <some class>
...
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.singularity.ee.agent.appagent.entrypoint.bciengine.FastMethodInterceptorDelegatorBoot not found by <some class>
