How to configure alert for Work Permit when it expires?

The following business rule will trigger when an employee has a work permit with country “USA” and of document type “Passport”. In case a Job Information record of this employee is created or changed and work permit expiration date returned by the rule function is after the job info event date, then an error message is thrown.

Here 3 parameters are used.

• Personal ID External
• Country: Check in hris-element workPermitInfo whether there is a picklist assigned to the country field. If yes, go to the Admin Center Picklists Management and export all picklists. Enter the picklist option ID of the country (for example, “6133” for USA). If not, enter the ISO Country Code (for example, “USA”)
• Document Type: Check in hris-element workPermitInfo to see which picklist is assigned to the document-type field. Go to the Admin Center Picklists Management and export all picklists. Enter the picklist option ID of the document type (for example, “688” for Passport).

The rule's base object is Job Information and should be added under Job Information section in Manage Business Confuration as saveAlert rule.
