Report Center keeps getting enabled without your Admin's intention or intervention

The feature was enabled via Upgrade Center.

From the history of Completed Upgrades in the Upgrade Center, you will be able to see which user enabled the feature.

1. Go to Admin Center

2. Click on Upgrade Center

3. Click on View Recently Completed Upgrades link:

To prevent this inadvertent update in the future, please consider restricting access to the Upgrade Center via

Admin  Center > Set User Permissions >  Manage Permission Roles > Select the Role > Permission... > Administrator Permissions > Manage Upgrade Center
