2541129 - No agent found, cancelling path | SAP Knowledge Base Article

Symptom

All the configuration steps are completed for GRC EAM (including workflow activation). The EAM master data (FF ID, FF Owners, FF Controllers, FF User) is setup.

The EAM Review workflow generated is failing with the error "No agent found, cancelling path" but the agent is maintained correctly and even the table GRACFFCTRL shows that the controller is maintained.
