Symptom

  • SAP Transportation Management(TM) - Alert Management
  • There are unexpected alerts, such as Delivery Creation Alerts in TM integration.
  • On SM58, there are failed messages with status "Alert has no recipients" and FM SALERT_CREATE.
  • Transaction ALRTCATDEF shows that there is no recipient defined, such as for classification TMS_OI_DLV_CREATION_PROBLEM alert category TMS_OI_DLV_CREATION_ERROR.
