2541310 - The Multi-Selection of Unassociated Emails is not Possible

Symptom

The multi-selection of an Unassociated Emails is not possible.

Environment

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Service work center.
  2. Go to the Unassociated E-Mails view.
  3. Try using Ctrl key to select more than one rows of unassociated email.

It is not allow to have multi-selection using Ctrl key. Also using RUI it does not allow to select more than 1 rows/records of unassociated email using the toggle option.

Cause

Currently we do not support multi-selection in this list but is a future request. Once the multi-selection option will be enable, then the functionality(action) of mass deletion of unassociated email will also be possible.

Resolution

This is the current behavior.
