2541380 - SQL9573 returned after migration to Solution Manager 7.2

Symptom

  • After migration to Solution Manager to release 7.2, SM21 is reporting those messages:

<datetime> <server> DIA 012 001 <user> @SR\Qinformation@ AB1 > Short dump "........" created.

  • Checking the related developper trace file, those lines are reported:

C ERROR: -1 in function ExeNormalModify (execute) [line 28161]
C (9573) [ZZZZZ] [SAP][ASE ODBC Driver][Adaptive Server Enterprise]The server failed to create or
C update a row in table '<table_name>' because the values of the row's partition
C -key columns do not fit into any of the table's partitions.

  • No errors are reported at same datetime on the ASE error log (you may check it from DBACockpit or from server on $SYBASE/ASE-16_0/install/<SID>.log
  • The latest load request for related infocube was complete.
  • Last BW Correction Collection is implemented on your system.
