2541483 - System copy import fails because of different Kernel version of tools

Symptom

ABAP import fails and the latest logs show the following errors like:
(GEN) ERROR: (DBS) DbSlControl(DBSL_CMD_IMP_FUNS_SET) failed
(GEN) ERROR: /usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/exe/run/R3load: job finished with 1 error(s)
