2541513 - Startup fails: libsapnwrfccm.so: cannot open shared object file

Symptom

  • When trying to start the system via sapstartsrv the following error appears:

Starting Startup Agent sapstartsrv

FAIL: Timeout
Startup of Instance Service failed
See /home/<sidadm>/startsap_<instance name>.log for details

  • And looking into this file:

Starting Startup Agent sapstartsrv

/usr/sap/<sid>/<instance name>/exe/sapstartsrv: error while loading shared libraries: libsapnwrfccm.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
