OnView trigger works on spot bonus model and spot bonus base objects. (pay component non recurring model).

You can create a rule similar to the screenshot below and add it under PayComponentNonRecurring portlet with trigger onView.

Also make sure that there is no space in the permission group name. The permission group name defined in the rule will not be considered and the rule will not work as desired.
