2541582 - Error Message "Last character of NIF is not valid" While Hiring Employees for Country Spain

You have a requirement to hire Employees for Country Spain and you are getting the below error message:

"Last character of NIF is not valid"

1. Go to Personnel Administration work center
2. Select Regular Tasks
3. Select tab - Spain
4. Select Hire Employee
5. Add NIF as Y1234567F
6. Add Employee ID
7. Add First name
8. Add First Last Name
9. Add Country and Nationality as Spain

The entered NIF number for Spanish Citizen is invalid as it does not satisfy validation rules.

The NIF basically has a DNI number plus a check digit at the end. You can follow the modulo rules as specified in the below link:
