SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
The Servicio de Impuestos Internos, Chilean tax authority, released legal changes stating that, starting on August 2017, it is not necessary to issue nor create XML files for the Purchase Ledger.
Due to these changes, SAP Product Support is not supporting the Purchase Ledger (Program RFCLLIB04) report for Chile anymore.
