2541667 - "Collection of ABO TAANA 0 data is not possible" when generating DVM Report

When you try to generate DVM Report you get error:

Collection of ABO TAANA 0 data is not possible.
The so-called TAANA data are essential to calculate data reduction
potential. Unfortunately no TAANA data could be found in the ST14
dataset (object ABO TAANA 0 and ABO TAANA 01000 are missing). With
this, the Data Volume Management service can't be performed. Possible
reason for this issue might be other manually started data collector
jobs which prevents the data collector job started by you to finish
successfully.
 
Unfortunately the present ST14 dataset is corrupt and you need to start
again a data collection job from step "Data Collection" to create a new
ST14 dataset.
 
If this second try to collect data is not successful and you need help
to solve this issue with missing TAANA data, please open a customer
ticket on component SV-SMG-SVD-SSP (in case of alert-based service
delivery) or on component SV-SMG-DVM (in all other cases).
