2541724 - My Team UI5 - Employees are appearing incorrectly as Managers

Symptom

When there is a subordinate org. unit without a manager but with an employee, this employee is displayed to the higher level manager but the employee is displayed as manager instead of a normal employee on My Team UI5 application.
