2541773 - Templates appear in XML Text in Silverlight

When selecting a template in Silverlight, the test is shown in XML format.

1. Log into the Silverlight UI.
2. Go to Service work centre.
3. Go to Tickets view.
4. Open ticket ABC (being ABC the ticket where you want to reply a customer).
5. In the Interactions facet, click Template.
6. Select a template.

Result: The templates are shown in XML text.

The HTML client understands all HTML tags and will render them accordingly. However, Silverlight does not.

That is because HTML tags were developed for HTML and RUI clients and cannot be implemented in the Silverlight client.

Hence, the Silverlight client does not render the<p> tag.

Use either HTML5 or RUI to work with templates.
