2541818 - Error when adding an Item ID as a report filter.

When trying to apply filters on an LMS report by searching for an Item ID with special characters such as the pipe "|" symbol, the system displays an error.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Go to Learning Administration > Reports >
2. Open the Item Data (CSV) report, for example >
3. Search for an item with a special character on its ID >
4. Select the item and click on "Add to Filter" >
5. The system will display an "Error".

This is expected behavior because the system uses the special character as a delimiter to construct individual Item IDs for the filter.

If needed, the SAP Professional Services Team should be engaged to correct these Item IDs via a script. Alternatively, other filters can be used to narrow down the results.
