2541887 - SAML2.0: Signing Certificate can't be uploaded to Trusted Providers configuration in transaction SAML2

Symptom

The upload of the Primary or Secondary Signing Certificate to the "Trusted Providers" -> "Signature and Encryption" configuration in transaction SAML2 fails.
The following error message is raised:

"Saving trusted provider data failed."

In a Security Diagnosis Tool trace, the following error is displayed:

"CX_SAML20_CORE: Certificate cannot be saved in Address Book. Long text: Certificate cannot be saved in Address Book"
