2541905 - MDF portlet record is shown in History only

An MDF portlet's record is shown only in History of the portlet for an employee. The logged in user has sufficient permissions to view the record in profile itself without going to History.

As an example, we consider the MDF portlet "Tuition Reimbursement".

If we go to History, we see the record.

It is because a workflow is configured and it is pending for this user.

Once the workflow is approved, we can see it in the user’s records.

And in History it is now editable.
