2541970 - Permission for Draft Records under Manage Pending Hire/Recruit

Customer wants HR Users not to be able to view or edit other HR user's saved draft

Employee Central - Hire/Rehire

This can be controlled by RBP(Role based Permission) from Admin center Manage Permission Role-> Select your Role> Manage Hire-> Allow Users to manage all draft including those saved by others. If  it is selected than user will be able to see other users saved draft record.

• If it is not selected user will be only able to see own draft saved record.

 

• Once you select "Allow Users to manage all draft including those saved by others" option user can see all the draft record of the instance. We cannot control the target population for the same.
