2541984 - Catalogs and groups displayed on Fiori Launchpad do not match the user's authorization

Symptom

You are encountering one of the following issues on your Fiori Launchpad:

1. You have the authorization to a group/catalog, but you cannot see it on your Fiori Launchpad.

2. You don't have the authorization to a group/catalog, but you can see it on your Fiori Launchpad.

At the meantime, no matter you add or delete groups/catalogs in the PFCG roles assigned to the user, the groups and catalogs displayed on the user's Fiori Launchpad would not change.
