2542060 - The Attendee Value Help in Appointment Activity List Displays All Business Partners

You have created an appointment activity list and you only want to add the account’s contacts as attendees. The attendee value help displays all business partners.

1. Go to the Activities work center.
2. Go to Activity Lists view.
3. Create a new activity list with type Appointment.
4. In the Overview facet, click on the New icon and select Account.
5. In the Attendees tab, click on the Add button.
6. Select the Attendee value help.
7. You can see that all business partners are being displayed.

This is the expected system behaviour. The attendee list displays all business partners.

1. Go to the Activities work center.
2. Go to Activity Lists view.
3. Create a new activity list with type Appointment.
4. In the Overview facet, click on the New icon and select Account.
5. In the Attendees tab, click on the Add button.
6. Select the Attendee value help.
7. Click on the advanced search icon.
8. Select the Contact ID value help.
9. Click again on the advanced search icon.
10. Enter the Account ID.
11. Click on Go.
12. The account’s contacts will be displayed.
