2542073 - Spool in Waiting status when printing directly to printer

• Spools stay in Waiting status in SP01. The status text is 'Output device unavailable';
• 
• In SPAD, the Output Device is configured to print directly to the printer. In the Access Method tab of the Output Device, the 'Destination Host' field is set to the name or IP of the printer. In other words, it does NOT print through a host spooler/print server;
• Large spools or printouts with multiple copies will only print some of the pages, not all of the pages.
