2542132 - Unable to schedule individual components for Canvas reports - Report Center

Report Center doesn't allow scheduling individual components for Canvas reports.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Create a new Schedule for a Canvas report in Report Center via the action menu (How to described via the KBA 2464604 - Scheduling Reports In Report Center)
2. Under Job Definition - Report Format there is no option to add individual report components
3. Sometimes the CSV or Excel option are not available

In 2111 release, Report Center supports scheduling Canvas reports to Excel and CSV format.

However, since it's not possible to select individual components or pages in the schedule, the options for report formats can vary as per below:

• If a Canvas report includes table components based on views (pivot tables), the CSV file format isn't available
• Having images or charts in the report excludes both the Excel and CSV file formats
• Only if list report components are included in the report, both Excel and CSV formats are available
• If the report has multiple components, the output file of the schedule will be zipped
