2542300 - Mobilink server could stop processing syncs and report network errors

Symptom

Mobilink server would stop processing sync request and keep reporting network errors for each new sync e.g:

E. 2017-08-08 05:37:16. <6389> [-10279] Connection was dropped due to lack of network activity
E. 2017-08-08 05:37:19. <6367> [-10279] Connection was dropped due to lack of network activity
E. 2017-08-08 05:37:22. <6390> [-10279] Connection was dropped due to lack of network activity
E. 2017-08-08 05:37:30. <4405> [-10279] Connection was dropped due to lack of network activity
