2542452 - Error 11060 when running insert select or select into at isolation 0 - SAP ASE

Symptom

  • The stored procedure running at ISOLATION LEVEL 0 with:

"INSERT ... SELECT ..." command without a FROM clause   OR   "SELECT ... INTO ..." command without a FROM clause and with "INSERT SELECT AT LEVEL 0" feature enabled

  • The stored procedure may run into multiple recompilation error (11060).
