Symptom
You have configured and activated Classical Message-Based Alerting in Adapter Engine. However, when the error hapens, no alert is triggerd. In default traces (sometimes with increased trace level to "Debug" for locations com.sap.aii.af.service.alert*, com.sap.aii.af.service.alerting*, com.sap.aii.alert*) you can see the following error:
Unable to connect to JMS queue 'JobQueue' after '10' attempts. Giving up.
com.sap.security.api.UMRuntimeException: Group with id GRUP.PRIVATE_DATASOURCE.un:Administrators not found!
