Symptom

Java application fails with the following log entry in the SAP Netweaver Java application server:

  • [EXCEPTION] org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'XX_X': Injection of autowired dependencies failed; nested exception is java.lang.VerifyError: Stack map does not match the one at exception handler XXX
  • java.lang.VerifyError: Expecting a stack map frame
